Oreo Pancakes

Crush 10 Oreo cookies and mix with 1 cup pancake batter. Heat a pan on medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form. Serve with whipped cream and extra Oreos on top.

Big Breakfast Bagel

Toast a bagel and layer it with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, and avocado. Add a drizzle of hot sauce or mayo if desired. Close and serve warm.

Peanut Butter Fudge

In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and 2 cups brown sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in 3 cups powdered sugar. Pour into a greased pan and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

Ice Cream

Whip 2 cups heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk with 1 tsp vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture. Add any flavorings (e.g., chocolate chips, fruit, or cookie bits). Freeze for 6+ hours until firm.
